CultuRural – YE in Italia

Finalmente, dopo l’attesa di due lunghi anni ci siamo: lo Scambio CultuRural si realizza a Matera! Dal 7 al 14 Aprile 2022 aspettiamo 30 giovani per vivere un’esperienza di imprenditoria sociale e giovanile, per dare una svolta alla propria vita. Leggi tutte le info. English version below

A Matera abbiamo vissuto un sogno nel 2019, la Capitale Europea della Cultura, con tutte le sue attività, esperienze ed eventi annesse. Con l’obiettivo di non far finire il sogno solo con lo scattare di un capodanno un gruppo di giovani volontari europei si era messo a creare, inventare, progettare ed applicare uno Scambio Giovanile. La felicità di vincere tale sfida, l’approvazione del progetto, è stato un momento di felicita e riconoscenza delle capacità acquisite durante il percorso di volontariato. Poi, inizio 2020, tutti i sogni si fermano, lock down, cambio di programma 1, 2,3

Ora siamo nel 2022 e il mondo è cambiato, ma il sogno continua a vivere dentro la testa e il cuore dei giovani ideatori di CultuRural, e con un po di impegno, inventiva e aggiustamenti per poter seguire le nuove leggi, siamo ora pronti: dal 7 al 14 Aprile 2022 si accoglierà il gruppo di 30 giovani provenienti da Bulgaria, Lettonia, Francia, Grecia e Italia.

Gli obiettivi del nostro progetto di Erasmus+:

• scoprire e scambiare buone pratiche per l’utilizzo del patrimonio culturale come strumento di sviluppo e miglioramento a livello locale;
• evitare l’emarginazione giovanile e la disoccupazione accrescendo il loro senso di iniziativa e di imprenditorialità;
• aumentare la consapevolezza del potenziale delle aree rurali e remote come luogo per lo sviluppo di idee imprenditoriali;
• responsabilizzare i giovani ad essere attivi nella loro comunità e a livello europeo, diventando cittadini attivi dell’UE;
• promuovere il programma ESC ed Erasmus+ e tutte le possibilità che l’UE offre ai giovani;

In Matera we lived a dream in 2019, the European Capital of Culture, with all its related activities, experiences and events. With the aim of not ending the dream only with the shooting of a New Year’s Eve, a group of young European volunteers sit down together creating, inventing, planning and applying a Youth Exchange. The happiness of winning this challenge, the approval of the project, was a moment of joy and gratitude for the skills acquired during the volunteering path. Then, at the beginning of 2020, all dreams stop, lock down, change of plan 1, plan 2, plan3 …

Now we are in 2022 and the world has changed, but the dream continues to live inside the heads and hearts of the young creators of CultuRural, and with a bit of commitment, inventiveness and adjustments to be able to follow the new laws, we are now ready: from April 7-14, 2022 will welcome the group of 30 young people from Bulgaria, Latvia, France, Greece and Italy.

The objectives of our Erasmus + project

• discover and exchange good practices for the use of cultural heritage as a tool for development and improvement at the local level;
• avoid youth exclusion and unemployment by increasing their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship;
• raise awareness of the potential of rural and remote areas as a place for the development of business ideas
• empower young people to be active in their community and at European level by becoming active EU citizens;
• promote the ESC and Erasmus + program and all the possibilities that the EU offers to young people;
