Mind’Em – YE Italia/Romania

Lo scambio giovanile Mind’Em mira a fare luce sul tema della salute mentale dei giovani, utilizzando l’arte e la natura per conoscere meglio se stessi e la nostra relazione con il prossimo. La prima mobilità sarà a Matera dal 18 al 26 giugno e la seconda in Romania dal 5 al 13 agosto 2022.

Come leggiamo nell’articolo pubblicato a febbraio il titolo Mind’Em vuole spiegare l’idea del progetto attraverso le parole in inglese “Mind them” e “Mind the Emotions”: La società di oggi, in questa fase di post-pandemia deve fare attenzione ai giovani e alle loro emozioni. Tutti hanno vissuto un periodo difficile ed è fondamentale supportarci a vicenda, sopratutto i giovani in età adolescenziale e chi già vive situazioni di svantaggi nella quotidianità.

Cerchiamo partecipati disponibili ad immergersi nel mondo internazionale delle mobilità giovanili per entrambe le avventure: prima in Italia, poi in Romania. Qui di seguito più dettagli:

Dal 18 al 26 giugno 2022 si svolgerà a Matera, presso Masseria La Fiorita.

Gli obiettivi delle attività sono:

• sensibilizzare sul tema della salute mentale sperimentando vari strumenti, metodi, giochi, workshop, attività basati sull’arte e la creatività;
• creare un kit personale di metodi e strumenti per la cura mentale e di sé – offrire ai giovani uno spazio sicuro per esprimersi ed aprirsi sui propri sentimenti;
• divertirsi insieme realizzando un Flash Mob in Piazza, praticare la lingua inglese e vivere la cultura italiana!

Dal 5 al 13 agosto 2022 si tiene invece la mobilità in Romania, nella cittadina di Campulung Moldovenesc, immersi nella natura, le montagne piene di foreste verdissime e le acque pulite del fiume Moldova.

Le attività saranno incentrate su:

• il contatto con la natura, conoscendo se stessi meglio con momenti di introspezione guidata, trekking, yoga e altro;
• la creazione di laboratori per giovani sul territorio di provenienza dei partecipanti, per condividere buone prassi ed aiutare altri;
• la conoscenza dei paesi partecipanti grazie a diversi interculturali – sempre tutto in lingua inglese;

Queste opportunità di mobilità sono aperte a TUTTI, anche e sopratutto ai giovani con minori opportunità, in particolare a giovani che soffrono / hanno sofferto maggiormente delle restrizioni COVID-19;.

Siamo alla ricerca di 4 giovani italiani tra i 16 e i 22 anni che abbiano voglia di buttarsi in questa esperienza. Se sei interessato/a, curioso/a, contattaci: basilicata.link@gmail.com

The title Mind’Em wants to explain the idea of ​​the project through the words in English “Mind them” and “Mind the Emotions”: Today’s society, in this post-pandemic phase, must do attention to young people and their emotions. Everyone has lived through a difficult period and it is essential to support each other, especially young people of adolescence and those who already live in situations of disadvantage in everyday life.

We are looking for participants willing to immerse themselves in the international world of youth mobility for both adventures: first in Italy, then in Romania.

From 18 to 26 June 2022 it will take place in Matera, at Masseria La Fiorita.
The objectives of the activities are:

• raise awareness on the topic of mental health by experimenting different artistic tools, methods, games, workshops, activities based on art and creativity;
• create a personal kit of methods and tools for mental and self-care – offer young people a safe space to express themselves and open up about their feelings;
• have fun together creating a Flash Mob in the square, practice the English language and experience the Italian culture!

From 5 to 13 August 2022, mobility will take place in Romania, in the town of Campulung Moldovenesc, surrounded by nature, the mountains full of green forests and the clean waters of the Moldova river.
The activities will focus on:

• contact with nature, knowing yourself better with moments of guided introspection, trekking, yoga and more;
• the creation of workshops for young people in the territory of origin of the participants, to share good practices and help others;
• a deeper knowledge of the other participating countries thanks to different intercultural moments- everything in English;

These mobility opportunities are open to EVERYONE, also and especially to young people with fewer opportunities, in particular to young people who suffer / have suffered most from COVID-19 restrictions.

We are looking for young people from ITALY, ROMANIA, PORTUGAL, AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, FRANCE between 16 and 22 years who want to engage themselves into this experience.
